How to Sell, Rent, Manage and Lease Properties During A Recession

San Francisco, CA is commonly known as the Wall St. of the West Coast but tons and tons of buildings, offices spaces and properties are for sale, rent, or for lease nowadays as a consequence of the deepening economic crisis in the State of California.

Sometimes, you walk through blocks and blocks of empty office spaces like 200,000 square feet now waiting for a new tenant as Wachovia Bank one of the city's prime office space tenant is sold to either the Citigroup or Wells Fargo Bank.

When newly built condominums and buildings scout for buyers and from being sold to rent or lease as a luxury high rise property, how can we pay the mortgage and at least have some cash flow coming in after all?

The usual tricks of the trade no longer seems to work as herds of realtors try everything under the sun and outside the box. Yet, as everyone panics more seldom we forget to think, think, think and think.

Instead of cutting cost, labor and payroll, marketing and advertising etc., why not for once think like a small business owner again? Did we forget the "jack of all trades"? Yes, I mean you, being and doing everything.

So before you further get crazy or check in with your local community clinic or hospital for a high blood pressure or heart attack, why not discuss, sit and think together as a team even with your janitors and one might discover a nasty perfect idea after all?

Sometimes, the answer is just beside us but since we don't ask, don't discuss and think we know it all we might be missing the best opportunity after all. The sad reality sometimes is egocentric personalities and still the money greed phenomenon to our now empty retirement and negative balanced portfolio stocks and bond accounts.

Growing up from a family of property owners, managers, developers and entrepreneurs, I discovered that the tools that my great forefathers in the industrial age made sense after all. I found out so many tricks they did during the great depression before, how they survive, went through it and even further got successful.

The so called "superman" heroes who can sell, run, lease, rent, manage, and secure your buildings, spaces and condominums are just perhaps sitting near you almost ready to help but you don't acknowledge or merely avoiding them. If you are some of these unfortunate egocentric selfish owners, I am very much sorry for you.

What's the point. The point is read, think, discuss and act as a team and be open to everyone's opinion's rather than do this and do that! Wake up Joe, this is now a full blown recession in case you still think about the Trump Towers in Manhattan.
