Oakland, California used to be one would not find a real estate licensure book on the racks. Nowadays, there are tons of them on the shelves of bookstores as Thanksgiving paves the way for people to be homeless.

The reality is that the lives that are affected by this disastrous FORECLOSURES are not reported. But, there are more and more families losing homes and cars due to the credit crunch today.

One might think that it is a trend anyways but the emotional effect on the gravity it creates for depressing families is so great.
