Expectations in viewing a searched website in Real Estate
When we do a search on the internet, of course the first thing that we do is go to our favorite search engine. In my case, http://www.google.com or http://www.yahoo.com of course. Then, I type my basic question for example like "Homes for Sale in CT". Expect that you get the most logical natural and optimal search results with links saying "Connecticut Homes" or "Connecticut Homes For Sale" and so forth.
If we click on these natural keywords results, it would go to a link to the most probable optimized content website like, http://www.homesforsaleinconnecticut.com and a website will then come up (if ever there is one) based on our entered keywords.
Thus, this is the amazing wonder of the internet today simplifying ones search capability.
Within seconds on looking at the website, we decide if we want to proceeed or not. Personally, my decision to go on reading through the website is simply like reading the headline of a newspaper or book if the the content is not too sophistiscated or too basic in my own logical terms. Thus, this is why my expectation for a simple but very relevant website is " a must ". Simplicity, but should I need further information is perfect for when I can simply give my name or email to be contacted or received a more detailed and or relevant information is necessary. Time is the essence in making a basic internet search nowadays. Don't you agree?
